Once upon a time, back in the year 2000, two business partners (let's call them "Tom" and "Andy") were sitting in a donut shop in sunny, Southern Florida, contemplating their next acquisition (chocolate glazed or raspberry jelly) when they were startled by the sudden appearance of a hulking Elvis impersonator. Dressed impeccably in full, white, sequined regalia, dark shades, sideburns and all.

This larger-than-life facsimile walked over to the two entrepreneurs and said in a lazy, Southern drawl, "Boys, I want you to go back up to New York and open a restaurant where cheeseburgers cook on the open grill night and day, where homemade chili and thick & melty mac n' cheese are always available. Where "mile-high" BLT's and juicy, grilled chicken sandwiches are there for the asking. Where the tastiest, most magnificent margaritas and "ice cold" cans of beer flow like water. A place with the tackiest, most fun atmosphere anywhere around, and don't forget to have plenty of velvet paintings of me hanging on the walls. Go on fellas, go back up to New York and make me proud!"

With that said, the large impersonator turned and left the building.

The two partners were thunderstruck, but when they finally regained their composure, they knew that this experience was a mandate from a higher power.

Returning to New York, they knew exactly what they needed to do.

Hence, the "Trailer Park Lounge & Grill" is open for business 7 days a week, from 12 noon until 3am. Come on down and enjoy yourself.
